In accordance with the laws and regulations in force, the platform Virbac Signal allows the collection of report about (i) violations of law and regulation, criminal violations and about (ii) conduct or situations contrary to the VIRBAC Code of Conduct. The information and exchanges within the framework of this reporting system are confidential, secure and the platform is accessible to internal, external and occasional employees employed by VIRBAC and Virbac's stakeholders.

You have the possibility to report here the existence of conduct or situations contrary to Virbac's code of conduct or that represent a violation of law and regulation, as mentioned above and of which you are personally aware or witness.
You can report by declaring your identity or anonymously. In all cases, the confidentiality of your identity will be preserved when issuing your report as well as during the procedure of processing.
All reports will be the subject of a rigorous analysis and, if necessary, a detailed internal audit: the referent (s) may proceed with all the investigations that he deems necessary for the purpose of verifying whether the alert is founded or not. The referent may, in particular, involve in his investigation the hierarchy (if it is not targeted), or any other employee whose intervention seems necessary within the framework of the alert, or external experts (financial, lawyer for instance ), all in strict compliance with confidentiality obligations.

You can report anonymously. However:
- any anonymous report by mail whose facts are not sufficiently clear and detailed to allow an internal investigation will not be taken into consideration and will be immediately closed and deleted without further action.
- if the facts are sufficiently detailed, the report will be processed but the investigation will be longer and less effective, because the interaction between you and the person in charge of the processing will be more complex because you will then have to log in regularly in order to follow your alert and answer our questions in particular.
